What to Expect

You do not need to know the perfect service name before you book. Tell us what is bothering you; we will assess and help you make a good start.

Whether you are coming in for a sore neck, skin care, waxing, or simply want to feel more comfortable in your body, your concern belongs in the conversation.

Your Body. Taken Seriously.

Start with what you know. We will listen.

We assess within our scope, explain the plan, ask for your consent, and adjust the visit to you. You can ask questions at any point.

Find your starting point

Choose what to book.

These are starting points, not a complete list of individual appointments. Choose the service that sounds closest to your needs, or call or email us for guidance. We will assess your concerns, discuss your goals, and help you choose the appropriate care. If more than one visit makes sense, we can discuss a Restoration Care Plan together.

Clinical Massage

Assessment-guided massage with Nichole, Sue, or Kerianne. We consider pain, muscular tension, and movement, then focus on a particular concern or work more broadly. NRT™ is the hands-on work within this service.

Myofascial Release

Focused fascial tissue release with Harris. His Myofascial Restoration approach uses sustained pressure, slow tissue engagement, and movement or positioning. It is a distinct service from Clinical Massage.

Skin Restoration Therapy

Face and body treatments with Nichole or Lisa-Jo, including facials, back care, and body exfoliation. Share your skin goals and sensitivities so the visit can be adapted to you.

Choose the area you want treated. Waxing and follicular care have their own service line, with attention to comfort, sensitivity, consent, and aftercare.

Make it yours

Choose your time and practitioner.

Several practitioners can be a good starting point for the same concern. Read about their work, choose the available time that fits, or ask us to help.

First Clinical Massage visit? We usually recommend 75 or 90 minutes when you can. It gives us room for your history, questions, consent, assessment, and meaningful hands-on time. A shorter visit can be appropriate when your concern or schedule is focused; contact us if you are unsure.

The right fit matters

We're Not for Everyone.

You get to choose who provides your care. We get to set the standards for how we work.

We welcome questions, preferences, honest feedback, and a clear “no.” You can disagree, ask us to explain, request a change, decline a technique, or stop a service.

You do not have to agree with every recommendation. We do expect respectful communication and professional behavior in return.

Our treatment rooms have some personality.

You’re more likely to hear Fleetwood Mac or Coffeehouse Covers than a traditional spa soundtrack. Want something different? Ask for another playlist or tell us what would help you feel comfortable.

We’re conversational practitioners. Questions, treatment discussion, and ordinary conversation may happen throughout your session. Our attention stays on you, your care, and what you need.

Prefer quiet? Say so. There is no requirement to chat.

Mutual respect is part of the standard.

We take your concerns seriously. We expect you to take our people and our standards seriously, too.

We’re not the practice for you if…

  • You just want to relax, and have some light touch.
  • You expect the same routine every time, regardless of what your body or skin needs.
  • You’re unwilling to participate in the basic assessment, communication, or informed consent needed to provide safe, individualized care.
  • You expect guaranteed results or a promise that one visit will permanently resolve a condition.
  • You want us to ignore a contraindication, work outside our scope, or provide a service we believe is unsafe.
  • You treat our team disrespectfully or disregard professional boundaries.
  • Your main priority is the cheapest appointment or you want discounted work.

When something is outside our scope, we will say so and refer when appropriate. That is not dismissing your concern. It is part of taking you seriously.

When you are here

What happens at a visit?

The details change with your service and your goals. The standard stays the same: we listen, assess, explain, and ask for your consent as care unfolds.

  1. Talk first.Tell us what brought you in, what you hope will change, and any relevant history or sensitivities. It is okay to ask a personal question.
  2. Assess together.Your practitioner considers what is relevant within their scope and explains an initial direction. We do not diagnose medical conditions.
  3. Agree on the work.We discuss options and obtain informed consent. You can ask to adjust, pause, or stop at any point.
  4. Check in and plan forward. We use your feedback during the visit and discuss aftercare, a next step, or a referral when appropriate. Results and timelines vary.
The Human Restoration Method™ (HRM™) guides how we make decisions across services. Neuromuscular Restoration Therapy™ (NRT™) is hands-on work within Clinical Massage.
